Fried Eggs (Uova Fritte)
Instructions
Heated high-temperature wine.
Chop the onions and leeks and saute it in a bit of lard, sprinkling everything with a tablespoon of icing sugar.
Add a tablespoon of flour and stir, add the white wine and a glass of water.
Flavored with aromatic herbs which shall clear away immediately.
Add salt and pepper and simmer for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, toast the bread slices and then sfregateci over the garlic.
Fry the eggs and having cooked the sauce, pour into a tray, trim the slices of bread and eggs above them.
