Stuffed boiled egg and fried
Instructions
Hard boil 4 eggs, raffreddatele under running water, Peel and cut them in half lengthwise.
Remove the yolks, place them in a bowl, mash with the prongs of a fork, add the ricotta, grated cheese, cream, a bit of chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
Mix well everything.
If the mixture is too soft add the breadcrumbs, if it is too hard a tablespoon of cream.
With this compound fill the egg whites, then lightly sprinkle with flour, then toss them in beaten egg and bread crumbs.
In a pan put heat a knob of butter, let brown slightly means stuffed egg whites, dry them on paper towels, put them on the serving dish and serve immediately.
