Instructions
You heat the oil in a large frying pan and, when it is hot, pour the onions and ginger and set aside for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
At this point add the carrot, bell pepper, peas and celery stalk.
Lively focus FRY for 2 minutes.
Pour the water and a few drops of soy sauce.
Stir well so that all the ingredients are blended from soy and leave on the fire, possibly by increasing the heat until the water boils.

- 4 sliced onions

- 110 g of peas
