Hot fruit wine
Instructions
Do warm the wine with the cinnamon stick, cloves and lemon peel.
When it starts boiling, add the nuts and raisins; turn off the heat and let stand covered for 2 hours.
The fruit should be soft and slightly swollen.
Heated serving wine and fruit and split in warm glasses.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 6 dried apricots
- 6 prunes without stones
- 30 g of sultanas
- 1 bottle of red wine (barbera)
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- 2 cloves
- Bit 1 of lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
