Instructions
Boil meat with carrots, celery and onion, when it is cooked remove from water and let cool.
Blend in the mixer the tuna box, gherkins, anchovies, capers, white wine vinegar and then add the mayonnaise.

Cover with the sauce and garnish with capers and gherkins.
