Stuffed zucchini logs
Instructions
Check the courgettes, carefully wash, then dry them with paper towels and cut into lengths of about 3 cm.
Using a knife with a sharp blade, svuotateli, leaving a thin layer as the bottom and cook to steam for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, stir together: the flakes of milk, chopped tuna, capers, salt, oregano and stir vigorously until mixture is homogenous.
With the filling, fill the courgettes, drizzle with a little olive oil and serve.

- 3 zucchini
- 400 g of milk flakes (jocca or otherwise)
- 100 g of drained tuna in olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- Salt
- Oregano
- Olive oil
