Factor soup
Instructions
In a saucepan add 2 tablespoons oil and dry the sliced onion.
Add the celery, carrot, beet and fennel, cleaned and diced.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Add drained corn and beans with their liquid storage and very hot water, the bay leaf and add salt.
Simmer the soup for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.
Remove the soup from the heat, let it rest a few minutes, then drizzle with the balsamic vinegar and serve

- 400 g of canned corn
- 400 g of canned pinto beans
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 costa of celery
- 1/2 faggot
- 1 rapa
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 leaf of laurel
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- Salt
