Scented porridge
Instructions
Chop the onion and let it dry in 3 tablespoons olive oil.
Add the potatoes cut into cubes, celery and carrots cut into very thin slices.
FRY a couple of minutes.
Pass the beans (well washed), add the vegetables and cover with a liter of water.
Add salt, add herbs and simmer for an hour.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 onion
- 1 costa of celery
- 4 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 box of boiled cannellini beans
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Dried herbs (thyme, marjoram, parsley)
