Serbian veal soup
Instructions
Fry the flour with lard, add cold water and boil, then add the chopped onion, vegetables cut into cubes, peas, diced chopped meat, paprika, salt.
Cook for 1 hour eventually beat the egg and pour slowly into boiling soup to get lumps of egg.
Boil the rice in salted water, drain and add to the soup ready by completing the dish with a little chopped parsley.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of beef without bones
- 100 g of celery
- Cl 1500 of water
- Root 1 of horseradish
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of lard
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 green pepper
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 handful of rice
- 1 cup of peas
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Salt
