Instructions

Let air dry herbs and then put them to infuse vinegar for about 10 days.

Strain the vinegar and then put in cinnamon, nutmeg, garlic and chopped onion.

Let macerate 10 days more.

Permanently filtered and bottled vinegar by splitting into two-three bottles.

This vinegar, unique flavour, is ideal for all those dishes that you want to give an unusual taste.
