Vinegar mixed aromas
Instructions
Put in a bowl with 2 wide mouth lightly crushed garlic cloves, 1 shallot, peeled and cut in half, a teaspoon of thyme leaves, a handful of parsley leaves, a sprig of Rosemary, 3 3 Sage leaves, black peppercorns, a bay leaf and 2 cloves.
Pour 100 cl of white wine vinegar, previously brought to a boil in the container with all the ingredients and leave to cool.
Close the container and use the vinegar after 3 months.

- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 shallot
- 1 teaspoon of thyme leaves
- 1 handful of parsley leaves
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 3 leaves sage
- 3 grains black pepper
- 1 leaf of laurel
- 2 cloves
- 100 cl of white wine vinegar
