Peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes, put them in a saucepan with a glass of water, a glass of milk, a little oil, clove garlic, cut the chilli, salt and Rosemary; Cook until the potatoes will cook very slowly until well and you get a creamy sauce (if too thick add water); remove the chili.
Suitable for seasoning, adding fusilli of Parmesan; or meat on the barbecue.
