Instructions

Clean and bone the anchovies, deprived of head, wash them in water and lemon juice and let them drain.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, toss in oil and seasoning them with chopped herbs.

Clean the artichokes, remove the hard leaves, put them in salted water, cut them into slices and sauté in olive oil.

In an oiled baking dish place layered potatoes, artichokes and anchovies and bake at 180 degrees.
