00508 potato salad and MUSSELS 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 1 kg mussels, 4 potatoes, celery heart, 1 1/2 red pepper, black olives.
For the sauce: 4 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 lemon.
PROCEEDINGS Boiled potatoes with the skin until they are tender, let them cool down.
Open the steamed mussels and keep aside 5 tablespoons of broth that they dispersed.
Mix the mayonnaise with the broth kept aside and lemon juice.
Cut the celery and pepper into small cubes.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices, add salt.
Stir the potatoes with vegetable, the mussels and olives, sprayed with the sauce.
