Shrimp cocktail (coktail di gamberetti)

00102 SHRIMP TRIANGLES for 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 8 slices of bread, 8 slices of Sweet, Milkana 100 g shrimps, 1 glass of milk, 1 egg, salt, frying oil.
Thaw the shrimps, Cook for 30 seconds in boiling salted water, drain them well and put them aside.
Slightly wet with milk bread slices, arrange on top of each slice of Milkana, cut them in half so you get triangles and 8 of these lay the shrimp.
Cover with the other triangles, lightly press down the edges so they adhere and toss them into the beaten egg with a pinch of salt.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the triangles.
Place on a paper towel, sprinkle the pretzels and serve very hot.
