Shrimp Cocktail (Cocktail di Gamberi)
Instructions
Melt the butter in a pan, add lemon juice, salt, tabasco and the shrimp.
Stir so that all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed and cook for five minutes until the prawns have turned pink.
Allow to cool and toss with the sauce that you obtained by mixing well all ingredients listed above.
Serve in bowls decorated with a little chopped parsley.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of shelled shrimp (also frozen)
- 40 g of butter
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Salt
- Tabasco
- For the sauce:
- 250 g of lemon mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons of tomato
- Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of cream
- Worcestershire sauce
