00659 SALAMINI IN SOFA ' INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 12 vol au vent, 4 tablespoons of ketchup, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 12 sausages, chives, parsley, stir ketchup with mayonnaise, and deal a small portion in each vol au vent.

Placed in every salami a vol au vent and pleasure decorated with chives and parsley.

Recommended with Rosé, cool to approximately 15 ø as Bardolino Chiaretto of Verona or a Franciacorta Rosé.
