Tuna terrine
Instructions
TUNA TERRINE 01222 INGREDIENTS 100 g tuna in oil; 6 anchovy fillets; 12 slices of bread; 1 jar of mayonnaise; 2 ripe tomatoes; 2 carrots; 2 legs of celery; 1 lettuce leaf, salt and pepper; Puree the anchovies and tuna just enough to get a cream finish.
Cut the tomatoes into slices and grate the carrots and celery.
Season with salt and pepper.
Remove the crust from the bread slices and spread over the mayonnaise.
Put them into a mold from plum-cake, alternating with layers of cream of tuna and vegetables and ending with a layer of bread.
Place in refrigerator for about an hour, remove sides and cover with mayonnaise.
