Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g of pasta shells, type 300 g ripe tomatoes, 50 g extra virgin olive oil, a clove of garlic, a sprig of Rosemary, a sprig of Marjoram, a sprig of thyme, a handful of parsley leaves, a sprig of basil, 3 Sage leaves, a pinch of oregano, salt, pepper.

Private skin and seed the tomatoes, cut the flesh into pieces and put them aside in a colander.

Wash the herbs and tamponatele with kitchen paper.

Chop the parsley, Basil and Sage, marjoram and Rosemary and keep aside.

In a saucepan heat the oil and sauté the garlic peeled not for 3 minutes; remove, add the tomato pulp, salt and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add chopped herbs, thyme, oregano, pepper and mix well.

Cook the pasta in salted water.

Drain carefully.

Pour into the saucepan with the sauce preparation, let it skip a minute over high heat.

Serve immediately.
