Instructions

SWISS CHARD GRATIN to 05540 BACON INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g 300 g Swiss chard, spinach, 200 g of chicken breast, 100 g of bacon, 2 large onions, 2 cloves garlic, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped 6 fresh basil leaves, 4 tablespoons beef Bouillon, 50 g of grated pecorino cheese, 100 g of gorgonzola, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, olive oil to the pot, salt, pepper preparation time: 20 minutes cooking time: 45 minutes Preheat oven for 6-7 minutes at 200 ›.

Clean the leaves of Chard and remove the stem and cut the clump into pieces.
