Gratin of tomatoes
Instructions
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices by deleting those initials.
Wash the pepper, remove the stem and pith, then chop the pulp.
Peel the garlic and onion and mince finely.
Wash the parsley, drain them and tritatelo.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
You heat the oven to 200° c (thermostat 6).
Put tomatoes, pepper, onion, garlic and sugar in a bowl.
Add salt and pepper and mix gently.
Crumbled minutely breadcrumbs.
Spread one-third of the preparation in a baking dish of 25x18 cm.
Cover with one-third of the breadcrumbs and chopped parsley.
Keep it up until you run out of ingredients.
Wet with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Gruyere cheese.
Put in the oven and simmer for at least 30 minutes.
Cut the bell pepper into rings; decorated and served in the gratin dish.

- 6 great tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- == 1 large onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 50 g of stale bread crumbs
- 25 g of grated gruyere cheese
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 60 g of butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- For decoration:
- 1/2 green pepper (optional)
