Peach puree yogurt with muesli

2_17860 PEACH PUREE YOGURT with MUESLI INGREDIENTS for 8 PERSONS A l fresh whole milk, 10 g of plain yogurt, 500 g of yellow peaches, an untreated lemon, 8 capsules to cigar, 80 g of Granola.
Remove from the refrigerator and allow yogurt at room temperature.
Pour the milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil, slowly at low heat; lower the heat and continue cooking 20 minutes doing tingle: milk needs to be reduced by about half.

Pour the yogurt in a food container airtight.
Add the milk slowly, stirring with a wooden spoon.

Strain it through a colander, close-mesh net.

Cut 300 g peaches into chunks and mix in a blender jug.
Blend 4 minutes till it becomes a smooth cream.
Sprinkle the remaining lemon juice.
Remove from the refrigerator the yogurt.
700 g Incorporatene peach Smoothie, stirring gently.
Reduce the remaining diced peaches a cm to the side.
Spread the fruit cubes on bottom of 8 individual dessert cups, cover with fruit yogurt blended leaving about 2 cm from the edge of the bowl and mix gently.
Add in each Bowl a last layer of plain yogurt a cm and sprinkle with a tablespoon of Granola.
Decorated with a waffle and serve.
