FRIED SARDINES 2_07155 INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1/2 kg 100 g of pilchards, anchovies, parsley, oregano, juice of 1/2 lemon, flour, beaten egg, bread crumbs, olive oil.
Cut the head to sardines, open them in the belly and remove them, without taking the two ends of the fish.
In a bowl, mix the anchovies, boned and chopped, parsley, oregano, a little oil and lemon juice.
Arrange the sardines washed in a dish and cover with the sauce for an hour.
Passed the sardines in flour, beaten egg and bread crumbs and FRY in plenty of hot oil and serve with slices of lemon.
