Instructions

INGREDIENTS 4 peeled prawns 12 PEOPLE, an onion, a glass of white wine, olive oil, 2 eggs, 1 lemon, chopped parsley, salt and pepper, 4 crèpes, grass luisaper decorate Peel and chop the onion, browned it in a pan with oil, add the shrimp, stir and let stand for a few minutes.

Separately, in a bowl, lightly beat the eggs with the lemon juice, pour the dressing over the shrimp and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.

Mix for a few seconds, just long enough to thicken the sauce a bit (must be creamy consistency).

Place the crepes on individual plates and place the shrimp in the Center, decorated with lemon verbena.
