Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g of bread dough, green and red dye.

Form a loaf leaving aside pasta 1/5 for the flower.

Place on parchment paper, roll out the remaining dough into a sheet and cut into 1 cm high 10 leaves.

Apply them to the center of loaf forming a Poinsettia.

Let rise for 40 minutes.

Put in hot oven for 35 minutes at 220°; When cooked 5 colored leaves with green dye and 5 with the red dye.

Sprinkle with a light layer of flour.
