Bucatini with broccoli
Instructions
Clean the broccoli, divide them into florets and wash them.
Boil them for 15 minutes in salted water, drain them and pass them to the vegetable mill.
Saute chopped garlic in 1/2 glass of olive oil, add the broccoli and bring past season over low heat for 15 minutes.
Add cheese, stir and continue cooking at low heat.
Boil the bucatini, drain, pour into a bowl and toss with broccoli sauce and pepper.

- 350 g of type pasta bucatini
- 500 g of broccoli
- 100 g of grated pecorino cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
