Melon and peach mousse
Instructions
17838 PEACH and melon MOUSSE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1/2 small cantaloupe, 2 peaches, 50 g sugar, 200 ml whipping cream, 3 eggs, 1 lemon.
Peel peaches and blend the pulp with melon, lemon juice and just enough sugar to get a composed finish.
Add egg yolks to the mixture and add the whipped cream.
Incorporate the egg whites and pour into cups.
Place in refrigerator until ready to serve the mousse.
