Smoked salmon with dill sauce guacamole

SMOKED SALMON with dill 00885 with GUACAMOLE SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 100 g sliced smoked salmon, a tablespoon of chopped dill, a ripe avocado, a spoonful of tomato sauce, 1/2 green pepper, chopped 2 tablespoons olive oil, the juice of one lemon, 1/2 clove of garlic, 1/2 small onion, chopped salt and pepper to taste chopped smoked salmon, sprinkling it with half of the lemon juice and flavored with chopped dill, hold aside.
Peel the avocado, remove the pit and mash the pulp in a bowl with a spoon, sprinkling with the remaining juice to avoid black.
Add in the Bowl the minced garlic, tomato sauce, chilli, onion, olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
With a mixer, blend until obtaining a homogeneous cream and spread it over the appetizer spoons.
Each spoon decorated with a piece of salmon, sprinkle with ground black pepper and serve.
