Instructions

3_07110 COD FILLETS with MUSTARD and Dill INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 4 fillets of cod, 3 tablespoons strong Dijon mustard, a few tablespoons chopped fresh dill, a few tablespoons of chopped parsley, 4 tablespoons of bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon butter, mashed potatoes, 1 tablespoon mustard grains.

For the sauce: 250 cream, 3 tablespoons of chopped dill.

Preheat oven to 150ø.

Rinse the fillets of cod under running water, then tamponateli with kitchen paper.

In a bowl mix the chopped dill with parsley and bread crumbs.

Spread the top of the fillets with the mustard and then sprinkle each with the chopped prepared previously with the breadcrumbs.

Bake in the oven already warm for 15 minutes and 5 minutes for others, only use the upper grill.

Add to mashed potatoes mustard beans and butter: mix carefully.

Prepare the sauce: pour the cream into a saucepan and add the chopped dill; stir continuously without then bring it to a boil.

In 4 individual dishes formed a base with flavored mashed potato with dill and sprinkle over the fish fillets.

Pour a few drops of sauce on each plate and serve with the remaining sauce aside.
