Rice pudding
Instructions
Cook the rice in the milk.
Half-cooked add sugar, raisins in warm water, Cedar pieces, butter and a pinch of salt.
Mix the rice declined eggs, brandy, vanillin.
Pour the mixture into a buttered mould and powdered with breadcrumbs.
Put in the oven already warm to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 80 g of rice
- 50 cl of milk
- 1 walnut butter
- 50 g of sugar
- 40 g of sultanas
- 20 g of candied citron
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 dram of brandy
- 1 toe of vanillin
- Salt
- Butter for the mould
- Breadcrumbs for the mold
