Squids and artichokes
Instructions
Cut the squid into strips.
Fry the crushed garlic, then remove it and add the squid, salt and pepper.
Wet them with a ladle of broth and cook on low fire and covered container for about 30 minutes.
Bake in 2 tablespoons of olive oil artichoke hearts thawed and cut into wedges, season with salt and pepper.
When the squid are cooked, add the artichokes and cook everything together for another minute.

- 500 g of squid
- 300 g of artichoke hearts findus
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- 1 ladle of vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper
