Instructions

Boil the artichokes for 10 minutes in boiling salted water.

Drain, dimezzarli and arrange on serving dish.

Put in a small saucepan, over low, butter already melted, the only egg yolks and grated cheese 2.

Stir until the mixture shall be bound and homogeneous.

Pour the sauce over artichokes and serve.
