Instructions

Clean the artichokes.

In a pan pour oil high to such an extent as to cover the artichokes at mid-height and warm without the Smith heats it.

Crush a bit the artichokes with the points facing downwards, so just allargarli.

Arrange them straight into the hot oil and cook them so they become tender inside without Grill.

Raise the heat and turn down; Let them Brown so that they are crisp.

Extract, salt and serve immediately.
