Instructions
Clean the artichokes by removing the hardest part and cutting the stalk to 4 cm from the head.
Open the artichokes and remove the barbette and stuff them with chopped parsley, garlic, fresh mint, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Place upside down in a dish with high sides so that they are well attached, sprinkle the pretzels, cover with water and wet your hair with a few tablespoons of oil.
Cook in the oven at 160 degrees for about 1 hour.
