Instructions

Clean the artichokes by removing the stem and the leaves harder.

Wash and allargarli slightly.

Prepare a mixture with garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.

Fill the artichokes with the mixture and place them upside down in a pan.

Irrorarli oil and add a glass of water.

Cook over medium heat and cover pan, until artichokes are tender and the cooking will be narrowed and oily.
