Cauliflower with sesame
Instructions
Wash away the cauliflower and divide it into florets; boil to steam until they are al dente.
In a skillet rather wide have sesame seeds and toasting it to low heat for about 5 minutes, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the cauliflower and let stand for a few minutes.
Add the almonds coarsely crushed them and cook 5 more minutes on low heat and cover pan.
Serve with a sprinkling of chopped parsley.

- 1000 g of cauliflower
- 20 g of sesame seeds
- 80 g of shelled roasted almonds
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 splash of chopped parsley
