Artichokes and parsley
Instructions
Clean the artichokes by removing the outer leaves and extract of hearts to be cut in 4 parts. Put them in a bowl with water acidulated with lemon cut in half. After about 10 minutes to transfer the artichokes in a pan with the clove of garlic peeled and cut in half, half a glass of water and 1 teaspoon of oil.
Add salt, pepper and cook over a moderate heat and cover for 10 minutes. When cooked, distribute the tuft of parsley well washed and chopped, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, a little freshly ground pepper, stir well and serve.
