Instructions
Put in electric mixer with all ingredients, adding water little by little. Continue to knead until you get a smooth batter and not too soft (also slightly knead dough by hand after).
If you do not use the Blender, mix it all in a pan with high edges, and then move onto a wooden board and continue to knead into a ball very smooth and soft.
Take rest, covering the pizza dough with a dry cloth. The rising time varies depending on the temperature of the room, but it will take about 2-3 hours. At this point, "break" the dough and formed 3-4 balls, let them rise for about an hour and spent this time stendetele and stuffed pizzas as desired. Bake in hot oven, about 230° C, for about 25-30 minutes.
