Grouper with pumpkin flowers
Instructions
Check and cut into julienne Zucchini with la mandolina (i.
e.
sticks).
Place the fish fillets on a chopping board, sprinkle the pretzels and pepateli, put over the zucchini.
Then roll them up on themselves, to form the spring rolls that bind with kitchen twine, and saute it in a saucepan with the butter and garlic.
Add salt and pepper to taste, bathed with milk and bring to the boil over.
Then lower the heat and cook for 15 minutes.
Add the Saffron dissolved in a little water and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
Meanwhile Private pumpkin flowers of stems and pistils and cut them into four pieces.
