Chocolate charlotte
Instructions
Melt in a Bain-Marie 200 g chopped chocolate and 125 g of butter.
Beat the egg yolks with 50 g sugar and carefully fold the chocolate cream.
Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt and mix them with the cream.
Grease a mould, sugar and rivestitene spolveratelo bottom and walls with ladyfingers, filled with cream, cover and put in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Melt the remaining chocolate, add coffee, put the charlotte on a plate and then another with the mixture.

- 300 g of chocolate
- 1 tablespoon of ground coffee
- Butter
- 3 eggs
- 50 g of sugar
- 200 g of biscuits savoiardi
- 1 pinch of salt
