Instructions

Crush cookies and work with the softened butter.

Pour the mixture on the bottom of a pan.

Melt chocolate in double boiler.

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla combine the ricotta and then chocolate.

Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt and incorporate them to the mixture.

Pour into cake tin and bake in hot oven at 200 degrees for about 1 hour.

Pull out cold.

Garnish with powdered sugar.
