Instructions
Melt the butter and mix with ground Graham crackers and nuts.
Prepare the bottom pressing well in a baking dish (preferably glass or ceramic), put it in the fridge.
Prepare the cream mashing with a fork the ricotta, add the sugar and the egg.
Take out from the fridge and smeared over the cream.
Put in the fridge or freezer if you have little time.
(in this case, remember to pull out 5 minutes before serving).
When serving put in a little bowl with a little jam, thinned with a little water and slightly heat the wax.
Serve the cheese cake with this sauce and cranberries to put on at will.
Variation: If you want you can add a ripe banana cream struck, will accentuate the flavor.

- 250 g of ricotta
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 = Packages = Non-Salted Cracker (or Toasted)
- Berry jam
- Some of fresh cranberries
- 50 g of butter
- 1 handful of chopped hazelnuts (or chopped pistachios)
