Instructions
Form the fountain with the flour, add in the sugar, eggs, olive oil and grappa and flavorings, knead and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough thin drive, forming the chatter and FRY in hot oil, drain on paper towels, cool sprinkle again with icing sugar.
Keep in dry and ventilated place.
