Grapefruit cups
Instructions
Cut the caps to the grapefruit and remove the pulp trying not to break the cloves, remove the skin covering the cloves and cut them into cubes.
Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
Combine with the diced cucumber and grapefruit the yoghurt and mayonnaise and mix well.
Fill cups and guarnirle.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 grapefruits
- 2 cucumbers
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 jar of yoghurt
- Salt
- Pepper
