Roast kid with rosemary and potatoes
Instructions
Sprinkle roast generously with salt and pepper, punzecchiarlo here and there and put it to marinate the night before in a capable container with oil, lemon juice and Rosemary.
In the morning drain well, sprinkle with rosemary leaves, combine the potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes.
Place on an oiled plate and roast in the oven piping hot for 40/45 minutes, basting occasionally with the marinade liquid.

- 1 leg of kid
- 5 large potatoes
- 2 lemons
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 10 cl of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
