Instructions
Thoroughly wash the mussels, put them in a pan with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, a clove of garlic and the lemon juice.
Cook over lively heat until the shells open.
Open them and place on serving dish half valva with shellfish, cover with mayonnaise diluted with a little of the cooking liquid of mussels.
Sprinkle a little pepper and garnish with Basil and diced tomato.
Accompanying wines: Bianco DOC, Montecarlo Bianco DOC, Castel Del Monte Bianco DOC.
