Please open the mussels.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by melting the butter in a saucepan, then join the flour, a pinch of salt and a pepper; Add the cooking water mussels and stir until you get a creamy liquid.
Add saffron and paid, the sauce thus obtained, on mussels that you placed on a tray.
