Limoncello liqueur
Instructions
With a sharp knife remove the surface to peel the lemons, leaving the white part.
Put the skins in the spirit within a covered jar, lasciandovele to infuse for about 10 days.
Prepare a light syrup by boiling the water with sugar for 5 minutes, and when it is cold, add it into the jar to brew.
