Instructions
Boil the peas, processing them, mix the sieved ricotta, 50 g of breadcrumbs, parmesan, egg yolk, salt and pepper.
Extract from dough of croquettes, dip in flour, beaten egg and salt in bread crumbs.
FRY in plenty of oil.

- 100 g of frozen peas
- 200 g of ricotta
- 100 g of breadcrumbs
- 1 egg yolk
- Salt
- Pepper
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Flour
- 1 egg
