Instructions
For the filling, in a bowl mix the ricotta, cream, flour, eggs, ham and add salt and pepper to taste (make sure that the dough is not too liquid, in that case you must add another tablespoon of flour).
Line a baking pan previously greased round with puff pastry, filled with the mixture and coat with additional pastry making her join the edges.
Bake 200 degrees for about an hour.
